摘要

 一種用於抑制谷胱甘肽 S-轉移酶omega 1 活性之化合物及其醫藥組成物。本發明實施例亦提供具有如通式(I)所示結構的化合物之製備方法。抑制谷胱甘肽 S-轉移酶omega 1 活性之化合物具有如下通式(I)所示的結構：其中A 環為對位氫醌醇(p-quinol)環，R 係選自於由下列通式(Ia)及通式(Ib)所組成之群組，通式(Ia)之n 為1 或2，通式(Ib)之m 為1 或2 且n’為1、2、或3：
Compounds of the following general Formula (I) andpharmaceutical compositions thereof for inhibiting Glutathione S-transferases omega 1 are disclosed. In Formula (I), A ring is a para-quinol group, R is selected
from the group consisting of Formula (Ia) and Formula (Ib). The n is an integer from 1 to 2, m is an integer from 1 to 2, and n’ is an integer from 1 to 3. The synthetic method of compounds with general formula (I) is disclosed, too.
