The Alliance aims to create a world class, cutting-edge biomedical technology, minimally invasive precision medical materials, smart medical aids and a new health blockchain industry cluster. Additionally, it aims to link international innovation and entrepreneurial energy to help create Taiwan’s biotechnology pioneer.

本聯盟整合中亞聯大暨醫療體系具國際規模臨床試驗中心及研發能量為後盾及以全球大健康產業的推手為目標，提供聯盟會員於「細胞免疫等尖端、精準醫療」、「生技製藥產業」、「AI醫療智慧管理與科技應用」、「醫療器材及智慧輔具產業」與「新健康金融區塊鏈」所需之相關研發平台、培育優秀人才與產學研媒合服務，以加速台灣大健康產業推動開發高經濟價值的國際級生醫產品，吸引國內外投資，進而連結全球創新能量及MIT優質產品之國際市場能見度。

China Asia Associated University It provides alliance members with “precision medicine, such as cellular immunity” and “Biotechnology Pharmaceuticals”. AI Medical Smart Management and Technology Applications, Medical Devices and Smart Aids Industry and New Health Financial Blockchain related research and development platforms, cultivate outstanding capabilities. Industry-university-research media services accelerate Taiwan’s health industry to promote the development of high-value international medical products, attract domestic and foreign investment, and then link the global innovation and international market visibility of MIT quality products.
